Return, Refund and Cancellation policy.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please write 'cancel order' on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If they are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

After receiving the parcel we will refund your credit / debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 days.

Should you decide to exchange your goods delivery costs are also at your expense. However if we have shipped you an incorrect item or a faulty product, we will allocate a small postage compensation to your credit card.

DVDs, CDs, books and magazines are non refundable if the product has been opened or package has been broken.

Delivery policy.

We try our hardest to dispatch all parcels within 3 working days of receiving your order. You can track the progress of your order by logging into your account and selecting current active orders from the menu. All parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

Stock Availability.

We try our hardest to provide accurate stock information on the site, but as we don't yet run a live stock system we can't promise we will have what you ordered. The site stock levels are updated every day, but if your order is urgent please call us to check availability.

All prices on the site are in GBP £ Pounds and inclusive of VAT.
